  • $180 per hour with a one hour minimum plus the cost of parts and tax

  • Free for equipment replacements

Associated Heating has been in business since 1954 and is currently operating on 2nd and 3rd generations. We service San Francisco and San Mateo County areas and have extensive knowledge on current equipment and equipment dating as far back as into the 1940's. We've worked hard to make sure that our staff knows the most up-to-date information about all of your heating and cooling needs. Keeping you comfortably cool in the summer and warm in the winter is our goal!

Furnace or air conditioner broke down?  Never fear,  we are here to help with the parts and experience to get you up and running.  Our service technicians carry most of the common parts with them and if we don't have it we can usually order the part you need.

Try these helpful tips first:


  • Check the batteries in your thermostat,  Newer digital thermostats use batteries to work but not all. (Note: leave batteries out for 30 minutes then reinstall them into thermostat.)
  • Is the power to the furnace on?  Sounds silly but power switches on the side of furnace can sometimes be turned off accidentally 
  • Are the furnace doors all the way on?   On newer furnaces if the doors are not all the way on it will not allow the furnace to operate 
  • If your furnace has an air filter,  is it clean?  Dirty filters can cause a variety of problems and lead to furnace failure.  You should change your filter, at minimum,  twice a year.​
